Why spiders should be cared for..

Spiders are air-breathing arthropods, the largest order of arachnids with eight legs and two body parts, no wings or antennae and are not able to chew. By mistake people think spiders as with more than 45000 known species worldwide, spiders are commonly mistaken to be an insect and harmful to human, where as vast majority of spiders are harmless.

Spiders serves an important purpose to regulate insect populations that could otherwise devastate crops. Carnivorous, spiders either trap flies and other insects in their webs, or hunt their prey. They feed on it by injecting it with digestive fluids, then suck the fluids out of it.

Every spider produces silk. Their venom is used for non-addictive pain-killers as it rapidly immobilizes prey by targeting its nervous system. To delay stroke effect on brain, some spiders specie's venom is in it's research phase.
